Luchals Founders knew they had something truly special from the very start: their whirlwind romance began back in 2012, and just four relatively short years later, they were able to proudly open the doors to their very first restaurant concept. Along this exciting journey, Chef Luchal dedicated herself to her craft, ultimately receiving a Culinary Degree from the highly prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, which is renowned for its rigorous training. From the very beginning, the couple firmly believed that food should not only be fresh and flavorful but also Gluten Free for those who are living with Celiac disease. This commitment resonated deeply with patrons, leading food critics and avid restaurantgoers to respond enthusiastically; soon, lines began to wrap around the building, with delighted customers continuously returning for more of what Luchals had to offer.
